All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of a cleared payment; special and custom orders are the exception, and clear terms for those should be established via email prior to the actual order. USPS is the preferred carrier, though other carriers may be used. Shipping charges are based on the weight and not a flat fee; most parcels are sent using First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on your order.
If there is damage to your items, please keep all of the original packaging and contact me immediately. If there is any other problem with your order, please contact me and let me know what it is. I take pride in my Customer Service! I have a 'No Questions Asked' return policy. If, for any reason, you should decide to return the products, please email me requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). There is no restocking fee, but you are responsible for the return postage amount. Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date and be in the same condition they were in when sent to you, including the original packaging.
